1. Your Agreement

By accessing, browsing, or making a booking through Atithibookings, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. AtithiBookings acts as a booking facilitator connecting customers with farmhouse owners for events, parties, stays, and gatherings.

You acknowledge that AtithiBookings is not the owner of any farmhouse listed on the platform. AtithiBookings manages the booking process until check-in and handles the communication and payment process between customers and farmhouse owners. All property-related responsibilities, rules, and conditions are set by the individual farmhouse owner.

2. Change of Terms of Use

AtithiBookings reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Revised terms will be effective immediately once posted on the website. Continued use of the website after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Access and Use of the Services

Use the AtithiBookings website to browse available farmhouse and initiate bookings. You agree not to misuse the platform in any manner. AtithiBookings reserves the right to deny service in cases of fraudulent activity, violation of rules, misuse of property, or abusive communication.

All farmhouse rules—including alcohol permissions, music limitations, guest capacity, event restrictions, and check-in guidelines—are determined by the respective farmhouse owner and must be strictly followed.

4. Misconduct & Blacklisting

AtithiBookings reserves the right to refuse service, blacklist users, cancel bookings, and forfeit security deposits in cases of misconduct, illegal activities, property damage, or violation of farmhouse rules.

5. Contact Information

Since AtithiBookings is home-based and operates without a physical office, the primary mode of communication is by phone call or WhatsApp. For bookings and inquiries, customers must use the contact details provided on the website.

Booking & Payment Policies

1. Location Disclosure Policy

The exact location and address of any farmhouse will be provided only after the 50% advance payment is completed and the booking is confirmed. Until then, customers will only receive the farmhouse code displayed under the property image on the website.

2. Payment Process

Customers must pay 50% of the total amount at the time of booking to Atithibookings.

The remaining 50% must be paid either to AtithiBookings before check-in, or to the farmhouse Caretaker at arrival.

3. Non-Refundable Advance

The 50% advance payment is strictly non-refundable, regardless of reason.

4. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after the advance payment is received by AtithiBookings.

5. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel a booking within 5 hours of paying the advance. No refunds will be provided for cancellations at any time. Cancellation beyond the 5-hour window will be recorded but will not change the booking status regarding refunds.

Damage & Liability

1. Security Deposit

A security deposit must be paid to the farmhouse Caretaker at check-in. In case of damages during the event or stay, the repair cost will be deducted from the security deposit, or additional charges may apply if damage exceeds the deposit amount.

2. Responsibility

AtithiBookings is only responsible for handling bookings and payments until check-in.

AtithiBookings is not liable for accidents, injuries, loss of personal belongings, or violations of rules by customers or property owners.

Responsibility for safety, conduct, and property conditions lies with the customer (for their guests and activities) and the farmhouse owner (for property management and conditions).

Until the full payment (booking advance + remaining amount) is received or the guest checks in, AtithiBookings retains coordination responsibility.

3. Event Rules

All rules vary by farmhouse and are provided during booking. Customers must follow them strictly. These may include:

Alcohol consumption allowed as per government rules only.
Loud music allowed only within permitted time limits.
Restrictions on guest capacity as set by the farmhouse owner.
Cleanliness and safety guidelines required at all times.

Failure to follow event rules may result in penalties, eviction, or forfeiture of the security deposit.

3. Age Restrictions

The minimum age to book a farmhouse through AtithiBookings is 18 years.

AtithiBookings may collect the following information when you initiate a booking: Full Name, Phone Number, and Government ID Proof (Aadhar, Passport, Driving Licence).

2. Why We Collect This Information

Your information is collected for booking confirmation and communication, verifying identity at check-in, safety and security, and emergency situations (if they occur during your booking period). Your data is stored securely and used only for these purposes and shared with the farmhouse owner strictly for booking fulfilment or with law enforcement if required.

3. Use of Cookies

AtithiBookings may use cookies to improve website performance, enhance user experience, track browsing preferences, and provide relevant offers and discounts. By using the website, you consent to the use of cookies. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, but certain features may not function correctly.

AtithiBookings ensures customers get the best available price for every farmhouse listed. We offer competitive pricing, festival discounts, and different weekday and weekend pricing options. If prices vary, customers will always be informed before confirming the booking.
